Meet The Board
Board President
Jamie Howe
Jamie Howe and her husband Michael live in Arkansas with her family where she is a high school English teacher. She first visited the foundation in 2018 and recognized the power and presence of God at work through the Happiness Foundation. From that point forward they have been all in! She loves drinking great coffee, reading, serving at her church and traveling.

"I believe in the mission Happiness pursues because God calls us to be about the business of building the kingdom of heaven. We are all commissioned to testify to the truth of the Gospel with our words and our dollars, we witness with our whole lives. Happiness supports organizations doing the long, hard work of caring for the marginalized and seeing the Gospel actualized in the lives of people whom the world forgets." - Jamie
Treasurer
Tony Manjarres
Tony lives in Lawrenceville, Georgia with his wife, children and grandson. He is the Business Manager at their local Christian school and the Treasurer at his church. He visited Ecuador with Happiness in 2019 on a short-term mission trip from First Baptist of Wylie with his daughter. Shortly thereafter, he followed in obedience and the Lord’s leading to switch his career from corporate to working in ministry/non-profit. He has been able to visit several times since then and enjoys serving on the board.

"It was very clear to see how GOD was working in 2019 through Happiness in Ecuador and I have been able to continue to see HIS hand at work presently. GOD has also been working in me and causing a change in my life and I know that Happiness is being used to work in my life." - Tony

They have loved Ecuador since they first visited through the Happiness Foundation more than ten years ago. Being a part of the foundation board continues to bless them in more ways than they can attest.
